Comrades,

Our 104th State Convention is next week 20-22 June at Poland Springs Resort. I have attached the agenda. Please note start times are subject to change.

Uniform of the day are as follows:

Joint Opening, Memorial Service, and Installation is Blues and Greys

All business sessions are summers

Council of Administration is VFW Polos or summers

Banquet is business

Please not that the President Inn is the yellow building as you first come onto Poland Springs property. Meetings being held in there will be in the Gathering Room. We are working on getting a 15 passenger van to help get those that have difficulty walking back and forth.

The Maine Inn is about a 2-3 minute walk away.

Our Patriotic Rally will include a cash bar, DJ, appetizers, and will be making ornaments for deployed military. Attached is a list of donations we will be accepting for this program.
